Model Co Australia Showbag Review

Hello beautiful people! For this blog post, im gonna do a review on the ModelCo. cosmetic showbag from this year's Royal Easter Show. For those who dont know what showbags are, its basically a bag filled with stuff which they sell cheaper than the original price. There are many varieties of bags to choose from. Food, Make up, kids stuff, sports and a lot more. So lets get in to it! 

Basically, it comes in this silver bag (theres also a pink striped one but it was out of stock when i availed mine)

And inside you will find these 

1 Make Up Kit 

1 Powerlash Mascara

2 Lipglosses

1 Eyeshadow Duo Pallete 

1 Colourbox Eye Pencil

1 Bronzer

POWERLASH MASCARA

The Powelash Mascara comes in a pink tube. I like this mascara because it gives your lashes extra volume and at the same time it doesnt clump up like mascaras do

Im kinda not a fan of these kinds of mascara applicators though. It has this fat straight applicator that makes it a bit harder for me to apply. Note that this product isnt waterproof so it tends to run easily. The first time I removed it, it literally turned half of my face black. If youre used to using the falsies mascara, this one would come off faster than you could imagine.

LIP GLOSSES 

These are the 2 tubes of lipglosses that come with the showbag. They have a good and a bad side for me. The good things is that the colour really stays on your lips for a long duration of time and its nourishing at the same time. The thing that I dont really like about it is its sticky-ness. It makes your har stick all over your lips during windy days. Its sticky-ness isnt a big deal but if you are particular with the feel of this, I dont recommend it.

BRONZER

honestly, I dont like this bronzer at all. First of all, its too dark for most people's skintone. I suppose they only come in a shade because I wasnt able to choose what would best suit my skin tone. Second, its too shimmery. I wore this during Easter mass and mum was like "why do you have something shimmering on your cheek area?" I totally love glitters on my eyeshadows byt not on my bronzers. I don't recommend this product at all unless you have a real good tan and youre fond of shimmery bronzers. 

Well a good thing about it is that it comes with a little compact mirror which could actually come in handy.

EYESHADOW DUO

Definitely one of my most favourite drugstore eyeshadows. This is the eyeshadow duo in the colour bronze goddess.  By the picture, things arent what they look like. This is a cream eyeshadow with glitters on it. I love cream eyeshadows because theyre easier to apply and blending them looks prettier than the powdered ones. It has a really pretty shade when theyre mixed together. This is a MUST buy and I guarantee, its worth your money. 

COLOURBOX EYE PENCIL

Last product for the showbag is this colourbox eye pencil in the colour black. Im not a huge fan of eyeliners since I never get them on fleek but I liked this one. Its smooth and easy to apply. It also lasts long especially if you have some eye primer on. 

So thats my reviews on the contents of the Royal Easter Show showbag. You really MUST visit the Royal Easter Show if youre in Sydney during Easter time.
